01. The Context
Acción Andina is a global initiative protecting native forests across 5 countries. While the ecological impact was massive, the organization lacked a centralized system to supervise 15+ partners and dozens of remote projects, creating a "visibility gap" between field work and donor reporting.
02. The Challenge
The primary challenge wasn't just storytelling, but operational oversight. We needed to bridge the gap between technical reforestation data and emotional narratives, while providing real-time supervision of communication products across borders.
03. The Solution
Operations & Audit Hub
Developed a custom system to track tasks, campaign progress, and partner performance. I integrated an "Auditory" module to flag critical performance issues in real-time.
Media & Storytelling Lab
Created a "Banco de Historias" (Story Bank) and a modular "Mailing Lab" to standardize global communications, ensuring consistent high-quality output regardless of the partner's location.
Next-Gen Web Architecture
Rebuilt the institutional platform using Astro and React, optimizing it for ultra-fast loading in remote Andean regions with limited connectivity.
