01. The Context
In a decentralized international program with 15+ independent partners, data is often fragmented. My mission was to build a robust tracking infrastructure for our core digital assets to understand what truly moves our global audience.
02. The Challenge
Measuring impact without direct access to partners' private social data. I had to engineer a way to measure success through our primary web ecosystem, tracking everything from display ad conversion to specific user interactions.
03. The Solution
We implemented Google Tag Manager (GTM) to monitor micro-conversions, such as button clicks for donations or report downloads, providing a clear view of user intent on high-stakes landing pages.
Through rigorous analysis of our proprietary channels and Metricool data, we identified that narratives centered on "Women Empowerment" and "Crisis Response" outperformed technical content by 3x, leading to a major strategic pivot.
